Where does your online store deliver?

We can deliver nationwide through our partner courier. However, due to the different Alert Levels in different areas nationwide, there may be delays in the shipments. Upon payment, please allow us 3-5 days for Metro Manila orders and 5-7 days for provincial orders.

 

If I order online, can I still opt to pick it up at the ComWorks Head Office in Quezon City?

  • Our Online Store is still accepting pick up at our Head Office in Quezon Avenue. You may select this option during check out [ E.g. Select Pick up at Store: Showroom]
  • Shipping fee is waived for this option
  • Pick up schedule in our Head Office in Quezon City is M-F (10am – 2pm)
  • You may opt to pay ahead or pay upon pick up
  • If you opt to pay upon pick up you can choose the Pay at Store Option upon Check Out

 

If I order online, can I still opt to pick it up at any mall based store operated by ComWorks?

  • Yes! You can opt to choose the Pick Up at Store option in the Delivery page. To see list of ComWorks operated stores, click here
    • Shop at clickstore.ph
    • Before check out, choose the Pick Up at Store as the delivery option and find the store where you prefer to pick up
    • Proceed to Check out and Pay
    • You may also opt to Pay at Store or you can already pay for your item through the other available payment options
    • Wait for your order confirmation with Order Number and instructions that will be emailed to your registered email address
    • Once confirmed, wait for the notification that your item is ready to be picked up at your preferred branch. (Estimated time would be approximately 4 Business days).
    • Once the item is ready, bring a Government issued ID and a copy of your Web Order (Electronic or Printed) and present it to the branch personnel
    • We will leave your reservation open for 48 hours (if you opted to Pay at Store). However, if the unit is already paid for, you may pick up anytime but preferably within 5 days
    • If someone else would pick it up in your behalf, bring all of the following:
      • Copy of the Web Order (Electronic or Printed)
      • An Authorization Letter from you
      • A copy of your Government Issued ID
      • Copy of the original recipient’s Government Issued ID

 

What if I can’t personally pick up the item?

  • You may have someone else pick up your item provided that your representative brings the following:
    • Copy of the Web Order (Electronic or Printed)
    • An Authorization Letter from you
    • A copy of your Government Issued ID
    • A copy of his/her Government Issued ID

 

Can I book a courier if my choice?

  • You may book with a courier of your choice to pick up your item e.g. Grab, Lalamove, Transportify, etc.
  • Upon booking, kindly email the following to our Customer Service at customercare@comworksclickstore.ph for proper endorsement:
    • Copy of the Web Order
    • Booking reference ID
    • Booking reference ID

 

I am from outside Metro Manila, can I still buy from Clickstore’s Online Store and have it delivered?

Yes, our courier partner can deliver nationwide. However, due to the different Alert Levels in certain areas, deliveries may be delayed.

For Door-to-Door Deliveries: Do I have to be present to sign for it?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm that your order is sealed, in good condition, delivered and received correctly. You can also authorize a new recipient by providing the following:
  • Copy of the Web Order (Electronic or Printed)
  • An Authorization Letter from you
  • A copy of your Government Issued ID
  • A copy of his/her Government Issued ID

 

How much is the Shipping Fee?

Your Shipping Fee will be automatically calculated and displayed upon placing your order.

 

What are the modes of payment accepted?

  • Payment Upon Pick Up at Store of Choice
  • E-Wallets: PayMaya, GCASH, GrabPay and others
  • Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard 
  • Installments via Tendopay
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Online Banking via Dragon Pay
  • All Dragon Pay accredited payment centers
  • Swipe Upon Delivery (Credit Card Upon Delivery)

 

Warranty and Repairs

The mobile phone brands warrants that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the warranty period specified.

Warranty is not valid unless you present your Sales Invoice together with your mobile phone in any of the accredited service center.

Please bring a copy of your Sales Invoice and Warranty card to any accredited Service Center nationwide together with your handset.

The following will not be considered valid for claiming of warranty:

1. Customer mishandling (misuse, abuse, alteration, cracked LCD, Liquid Damage, Fire Damage etc.)
2. Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage
3. Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting or stains
4. Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting or stains
5. Scratches & damage to the outer surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use
6. Any equipment/product which has its serial number removed or made illegible or tampered
7. Claims for damaged or missing parts after 7 days from the date of purchase

The item I ordered is damaged, what should I do?

If the item you ordered arrived damaged, send an email to customercare@comworksclickstore.ph and our customer service team will assist you for the best resolution for the situation. Reporting of issue must be done within 24 hours upon receiving the unit

 

Can I send my order to a Different Address as a gift?

Yes, you can have the products delivered to a different address by selecting the “Ship to Different Address” option before checking out. However, we cannot deliver to multiple addresses in the same order. If you would like to ship to different addresses you will need to place separate orders per delivery address.

 

Not sure about your item and want to think about it some more?

No problem! All of your items will be saved in your shopping cart until you are ready to check out. However, these items are not reserved, so there is a risk that stocks might run out! Your cart will automatically be cleared out as well if you log out.
