Door-to-door Delivery: For door-to-door deliveries, a signature is required for confirmation. You can authorize someone else to receive the package by providing the necessary documents.

 

Pick Up at Head Office: Choose the "Pick up at Store" option during checkout to pick up your order at our Head Office in Quezon City. The shipping fee is free. Pick-up is available Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm. You can pay in advance or cash on delivery.

Store Pickup: Choose "Pick up at Store" during checkout, select your branch, and pay. You'll get an order confirmation with instructions. Pickup takes about 4 business days. Bring ID and your web order copy for verification. For someone else picking up, they need the required docs.

 

Courier Pick-Up: You can book a courier (e.g., Grab, Lalamove) to pick up your item. Email the web order copy and booking reference ID to customercare@comworksclickstore.ph.

 

Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is automatically calculated during checkout.
