
Door-to-door Delivery: For door-to-door deliveries, a signature is required for confirmation. You can authorize someone else to receive the package by providing the necessary documents.
Pick Up at Head Office: Choose the "Pick up at Store" option during checkout to pick up your order at our Head Office in Quezon City. The shipping fee is free. Pick-up is available Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm. You can pay in advance or cash on delivery.
Courier Pick-Up: You can book a courier (e.g., Grab, Lalamove) to pick up your item. Email the web order copy and booking reference ID to customercare@comworksclickstore.ph.
Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is automatically calculated during checkout.

Sending as a Gift: You can ship products to a different address by selecting "Ship to Different Address" during checkout. Please note that separate orders are required for multiple addresses.
Warranty and Repairs: Warranty claims require presenting the sales invoice and handset at any accredited service center. Our products have a 1-year warranty to provide peace of mind and assurance.
